About Our Timber
All our timber products are interior grade timber so it is suitably seasoned for use as furniture in your home. Our supplier imports FSC Certified Northern Scandinavian Pine from 100% sustainably managed forests, Scandinavian Pine is grown for longer in colder temperatures giving the wood more strength and less prone to warp.
What you will find
- Metal shelf brackets – two handmade steel brackets made here in Northumberland
- Wall plugs – 8mm solid wall plugs (unfortunately we do not supply plasterboard wall plugs)
- Wood screws – you will receive two black carbon steel screw sizes in your fixing pack – 25mm (bracket to shelf fixing) and 50mm (bracket to wall fixing)
- We include a 3mm drill bit to help with the accuracy and ease of installation. Drilling a pilot hole, allows the screw to easily bite into the wood without splitting the grain
- Fitting instructions – enclosed are our detailed instructions on how to install the shelf. Each shelf can hold up to 35kg
Delivery timelines
Just to quickly reiterate, the processing time for deliveries are as follows:

What to expect at the time of delivery
Every order that we dispatch is carefully packaged to protect your item while it is en route to your designated delivery point. After your custom product order has been properly inspected and packaged, we’ll dispatch it to your desired location via Parcelforce.
If, for any reason, you see any signs of damage or visible wear and tear, please return the item to us immediately – at which point we’ll send a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Even though this is a very rare occurrence, due to unforeseen circumstances, it cannot be avoided entirely. In any case, we are fully responsible should your item not arrive as expected.
