Returns, cancellations and exchanges

After you place your order

As soon as you place an order for your custom wooden product with us, we’ll send you an order confirmation email which will include your unique tracking number. Tracking facilities go into effect 24 hours prior to delivery.
We will need your most recent email address and mobile phone number with each order. This is important because it enables us to get all the necessary information from our couriers in regards to your delivery.
Once you have provided this information, we’ll send you a notification via email and SMS which will include the delivery date and live tracking facilities – with the latter going into effect 24 hours before the delivery. At any point, if you require further information regarding the delivery of your order, we are only a phone call away on 01670 458878.

Delivery timelines

Just to quickly reiterate, processing time for deliveries are as follows:

  • 1-2 weeks days for anywhere in the UK

Note: We only deliver within the UK at the moment.

What to expect at the time of delivery

Every order that we dispatch is carefully packaged to protect your item while it is en route to your designated delivery point. After your custom product order has been properly inspected and packaged, we’ll dispatch it to your desired location via Parcelforce.
If, for any reason, you see any signs of damage or visible wear and tear, please return the item back to us immediately – at which point we’ll send a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Even though this is a very rare occurrence, due to unforeseen circumstances, it cannot be avoided entirely. In any case, we are fully responsible should your item not arrive as expected.

Returns, cancellations and exchange policy

Although we hope that you are 100% satisfied with your product, we do understand that sometimes a specific item may not be as expected or leave something to be desired. In this case, we offer a 30-day returns policy. Please note that return costs must be processed by you. If you wish to return an item within the 30-day period.

For deliveries that need to be cancelled due to any reason whatsoever, please contact us via email ( before your item is dispatched for delivery.

Products can also be exchanged within 14 days after they have been delivered, at which point they must be packaged and returned back to us for a processing fee of £25.00.
Please bear in mind that if the product is returned to us in a condition other than what it was at the time of delivery, the buyer shall bear the cost of the adjusted value.

Furthermore, completely bespoke products ordered outside of our current range cannot be exchanged, unfortunately.
